Wow! What a wonderful week, I had in Homosassa. I parked in the back yard of Maine friends, Bob & Tina, who have a home in Florida. They are members of the Good Sam Sandpipers. Their friends, Jim & Marilyn owners of The Pumpkin Patch in Herman Maine, were there also.
Marilyn came by Sunday night, We are ordering Pizza come join us. Bob Told me the gang gets together Monday for lunch, of course I went.
Tuesday, I visited friends, Audrey & Rick former Wagon Master of IL. Rick E-mailed me to see where I was and couldn't we meet for lunch. Can you believe they spend the winter in Homosassa. I got the E-mail just in time, so I visited with them and they took me to a unique resturant and we had seafood.
Wednesday, I visited Bill & Syble, Skyway Sams friends. Ira and I had gone with them and about 11 other couples to Branson and two Samborees last year. It was fun reminising. I had a great visit and lunch with them.
I had the Van oil, filer and other things checked.
Thursday Feb. 14, Out to breakfast and it's Valentine's so let's go out for dinner.
Friday, I visited Linda & Charlie, Fl State Treasurer. We had a long visit and lunch.
Sat. I got the laundry, ironing and cleaning done.
During the week, Bob & Jim helped me with cleaning, checking the batteries, checking the tire pressure.
Marilyn and Jim helped me with computer. Backing up my checking acct. I found out I wasn't always doing it right. They showed me how to get pictures off my digital camera and on to the computer. I think I need more lessons in that. They will be here next year or I may stay at their campground this summer and they will help me.
I am have some wonderful helpful freinds. Thank you so much.
I arrived in Dunnellon, where the Fl Samaboree is being held this week. I was escorted to my site and I smelled something strange, oil, hot. The guys checked it but it cooled down. I hope it doesn't happen again.
The Minger's St. Dir. from Tn. are here. WE visited for awhile and we got invited to the Staff dinner, Pork, vegs, salad and strawberry Shortcake. YUM.
The best part was all the hugs and the I'm so glad you are here. This is a little difficult because this was the last Samboree, that Ira and I went to. We went home for this Samboree and Ira started having breathing difficulty and his medical journey began.
I'm doing good becauses I'm keeping busy, but some days, it's getting a little hard because It's last year at this time. I know with the support and continued prayers that I will get throught this.
Thank you my dear, dear friends. Love you & Lots of Hugs Rosemary Feb. 18, 2008

Rosemary,
it was so good to see you in Dunnellon! Yes, you have lots of good friends, including Jane and Jack. Jane shared her book table with me and let me sell copies of RESTORE MY HEART and my two cookbooks. What a sweetheart!
Take care and keep posting. We're keeping tabs on you, dear.
love,
Cheryl
