HI. It's Friday.

I had another busy and exciting week.
I had brunch with Ellen, she was the gal who brought Ira his meals. They became very good friends. Ellen became friends of our friends and family. She would stop by every day she worked and check in every time she was on the floor. Always asking, if I needed anything. She said," When I come to work I look up to Mr. Bates window and when I see the sneakers, I know all is OK". If a meal was refused, she would bring the tray to our room. She made sure I ate. What a wonderful Gift she is to me.
Our visit was very precious to me. Ellen has been blessed with a new job, closer to home better hours and more money. Her goodness is being used in another hospital.

I visited with Francine & Charlie. Charlie was Ira's roommate, They both had heart surgery. This couple was a great support to the family. They were always there. Charlene made many meal for Pat, Cheryl, Bob & me, but some challenge always came up and we could not go. Another Blessing I have gotten from this Journey.

I didn't get a chance to get back to hospital. I need to go in the evening and on the weekend to visit those who work those shifts. I still have lots to see. That will be in Jan.

I went to Bible study and met some wonderful Ladies. One lady, I never saw before, came to me after this study, Hugged me and said she understood. She had lost her husband and if I needed anything to call her. She gave me her phone & house number.
There are some truly great people here.

I walk the park every day and stop to see the Good Sam Friends on the other side of the park. I see them most every day. Tonight we are going out for dinner and the "Opera" I said what is this. Just a fun night people singing like Karaoke.
A group of us will car pool there.

I am going to Ruskin Fl., by van, tomorrow( Sat.) to the Sky Sam's Christmas party. I will be gone all day.

I will leave Sunday for Sebring, so I needed to get things ready, shades off and awnings up. I'm getting as much ready as I can, so after Church I can leave.

I'm going to my Brother Jim & wife Joyce until I go to Maine for Christmas.
