Still in Maine

Hi. Well, not much happened.

I did not go to Ca. for the meeting.
I stayed in hotel for the night and went to the airport Monday. I arrived at 4:30. I saw, cancelled. The lady behind me said there was a security breach in Newark, where I had to go. WE couldn't get out until Wednesday. You may have seen it on the news

They tried to get me out of Boston but it was a maybe and how would I get to Ventura in the middle of the night and how would I feel . So I cancelled.

Al came for me Monday morning.

When I got home I called the eye DR. and got scheduled to have my cataract removed the 6th. All went well. I was hoping to get the left eye done on the 14, the regular schedule, but gal said there needed to be at least two weeks before next eye .

When I went for my checkup ,day after surgery, Dr asked when I wanted to schedule my left eye. I told him what I wanted and what the gal had said. He said" I 'll check I, If I have room I will do it. So, I go on the 14th and have the other eye done. It will be good to get it over with.
I told Al now I will be perfect!!!!! NOW

Weather OK here. Al wants to go to Rangeley this weekend to get snow off the roof and check things. His two daughters and husbands are suppose to be going also. Should be fun.
