HAPPY NEW YEAR- from Maine

Friday Jan. 4, 2008
Hi, I'm still in Maine. It's been great being with the family. I have spent most (all) the time indoors. Two big snow storms. The trees were heavy with beautiful glistening snow. Nice white, clean lawns. Fun for kids until the wind blows and the temperature goes down to zero. That's cold. You look out and it looks wonderful but don't open the door.
This is great for the snow businesses, for the last few years they have lost a lot of business because there was no or very little snow. There is more snow at this time of year than in probably the last ten, (That's a guess).
I will be leaving Monday for CA. to the annual Good Sam Sambassador meeting. I wrote them and asked them to have warm weather for me. Do you think they will?
I will be busy all week , I fly to Orlando, Fl. Saturday,12th. I think I will stay overnight with a friend in Orlando, and go to my brother, Jim's Sunday.
I send you all many wishes and Blessings for the year.

Hi! Love keeping up with your travels. Maine just sounded too good to be in that beautiful snow. However, warm weather is much nicer. We are here in Port Aransas, TX with Ann and JD. Having a great time ourselves.
Blessings, Janice and Mike S

I'm sure you're glad to be back in sunny Florida now -- New England got hammered with snow today!

Happy New Year! Looking forward to seeing you in 2008!

Much love,
Paula
