Hi, It's been a very busy week here in Jacksonville.
The Van,that kept having a dead battery was taken to Dealer. It was there Monday to Friday and the van started everytime, nothing wrong. Oh Well, another mystery.
I have to find where I can go to get the SMI brake system hooked and the traveling lights when I tow. That's my next challange.
Al, Lucille and Beverly came by Friday and took me to Camping World. I got light bulbs and other things I needed. WE had a great day, we were gone from 9 to 3:30, Eating, mall shopping, wine factory and site seeing. It was a busy fun day with friends.
It was not fun trying to figure our how to get the blown bulbs out. The attitude is you will figure it out, leave a few minutes, go try it again, after a few tries I succeded. These are the men things I'm learning about.
Now, my water pump light isn't working but I can hear it so I guess I need another trip to Camping World to get that switch light and figure how to change it.
The coach looks fabulious, it had a good washing, paste waxing and buffing, roof to tires. Tires are beautiful black and chrome shining. Jim did a fantastic job.
Jane came by today and we visited Flo, a friend who lost her husband in March. We had a nice visit talking, sharing experiences, drinking coffee and eating coffee cake.
It was nice seeing Flo and spending time with her and Jane.
I will be leaving Monday for the Orlando Fairgrounds, where the Florida Samboree will be held. Ira and I have come to this and the Feburary Samboree for the last 5 years.
This is The Samboree, I thought would be the hardest to attend because we know so many and have been there so much. I know it will be OK because of the love, caring, understanding and encouragement I have recieved at the other Samborees.

Glad to hear that you have made it to Orlando OK. I will get Terry to send you the phone number for SMI. Maybe they can give you a number there. The light switch on our water pump went out and we had to get another switch. Terry can tell you how he changed it. We went and camped with our home chapter this weekend. The weather was great. They had their annual Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. Be good and we will talk to you soon. Give our best wishes and regards to Bill and Dianne Maxwell and the other members of the staff. Wish we could be there, but we have to stay home sometime. Love You, Betty
