Clermont,Fl to Perry GA.

About three hours after I arrived in Clerbrook, Ira's sister, Donna & Bob, His Brother George & Liz came to visit. While we gals talked the Handymen started working. They got my drying line up, My chair fixed and some of my drawer catches changed. Thought we had solved my washing machine run over and wet carpet problem. It's nice to have things for the guys to do. Right Girls?
Next day, While trying to figure out why water was running through the washing machine. Man next door came over gave me wood and crow bar to tilt the machine to help the carpet dry. My friend got his friend to stop by and he got machine fixed.
Even in a home, this is my home, things go wrong. You just have to know the right people who can help. If I don't know them, someone does.
I had the rest of my tests done one day and the next day I went to the Dentist for two crowns, one didn't fit. I needed another impression. Now I ask, "How long will this take?" I am leaving next Friday and won't be back until Nov. Oh! I will have to put a rush on it. Last time it took over two weeks. Oh well! if it doesn't come in time I will have to wait. I didn't tell them that. I guess they wanted their money now and not have to wait until Nov. because today I got my crown. Does that mean money talks? Ha HA.
My Girl Friend ,Prudy, from Fryeburg Maine, came to visit for a few days. She had been in Fl. for a week with her four sisters, brother and other family members. She stayed over for a visit. I took her to the airport Wed. She went home to another snow storm. Snow is almost covering her first floor windows. Lots of snow in Maine this year. Snow & Cold. Glad, I'm in Fl.
Yesterday, I visited my Ohio Friends to say goodbye and I will see them next winter.
Today, I left early for the primary Dr. visit to find out if I passed my tests. All is well. See me in six months, oops, Can't see you until Nov. when I come back.
I went to Dentist got my crown and my x-ray so dentist in Maine will clean my teeth this summer.
I went to hospital, to say goodbye. I saw Cage, Bless, Luz, Jean and a few others. Dr Faranis wasn't there I talked with him on phone. I told him I was leaving,would be back in Nov. and wanted to wished him Happy Birthday it's the 12th. He was happy to hear from me and said call me the 12th. I think he wants me to sing to him. Ha,ha.
I stopped to say good by to Marilyn & Ray. I had to go to Winn Dixie, Marilyn was working. I ran in for a quick hug. My Mi. Friends across the street weren't home I left a note.
I have closed everything, emptied what I needed to and I only have to close the slides, unhook the electricity and hook up the van and I will head to Perry Ga. It will take me 6-7 hrs, I think. They called today wondering when I would get there. So I have friends on the other end.
I will share another Ira, spirit, visit. TV remote wouldn't work. I change batteries I did it a couple of times. I could get the mute to go off and on. I could get the volume to go up & down but I could not change the channels. I get a little frustrated, What else can I do? I put it down and said, "OK Ira, I need your help, I don't know what else to do". The TV is on, I start to get on computer and the channel changes and all is well, Remote working. I don't even try to figure it out.
It's comforting. I decided I need to keep a record of his visits.
