Randolph to Brunswick, Me

Tues. Aug. 26, 2008

Hi, I'm at son, Bob and family, in Brunswick, Me.

This gives me a week before I leave them until next year.

Jack left today, with his Pepsi shirt on, to go to work with his dad. He looked so cute and proud with his lunch box for him and his dad. Bob and Kara are going golfing and out to dinner so I will have some special time with the boys.

Some of you know Karen Brown. She is coming this afternoon for a visit. The boys like Karen.

I had to go to the post office to correct my address change. I did it on the computer and after I sent the change I realized all the Bates mail would be forwarded. Ya great, I wouldn't get the mail until Nov. when I get to Clerbrook. My son wasn't worried he said just pay the bills. Well, you know I hurried to the post off for the change. I still have a lot to learn.

Wed. I will have the oil changed and 30,000 mile check up, on the van. I like to do it here and then in Feb. when I'm in Homassassa, Fl.

I will be leaving here Friday for Fryeburge, Me. I will stay with Prudy & Fred. They have the Saco River canoe Business. I will stay for the weekend, it give me a chance to visit and visit their grandchildren, Hunter & Dekota, They were special to us. They loved it when we arrived. Ira always gave them a ride to the dumping station. Their special time with Ira. They asked me to come early last year so I could spend some time with them so I decided to do this every year if I could. I will, then go into the fairgrounds for the Maine Samboree. I did this last year .

I'm repeating some of the things I did last year. It's comfortable. I'm still traveling and visiting family and friends.

I'm going to Daughters in Il. I plan to go to the fall Samboree in TN, MS and Fl. Maybe some you can come to some of them. I would love to see you and get a hug.

I guess that's the up date for now. Send me an E-mail so I know what you are doing. I want to know about you too.

Love, Hugs and thanks for prayers and caring. Rosemary
